Weight loss is not hard, it's one of the most easiest things to do. There is one thing people is lacking from when they are having a hard time losing weight, guess what. Discipline. Discipline is the most important thing we need when we are going to lose weight. Without discipline everything is hard, even going to work, school, making dinner or go to the bathroom in time.

So have you got yourself enough discipline to be able to lose your big belly? Great, lets start with your diet. I'm not going to tell you stupid things like, take pills or electrical methods to lose weight. Some people belives that pills are their way to loseing weight. It dosn't work at all. People don't lose weight by taking pills.

So it's time to skip all the junk food. Say good bye to those sweet fries, hamburgers, pizzas, cheetos and other fast food junk. If you can stop eating these things you are taking a big step into the world of weight EASY weight loss.

Next thing is the diet products. Do you often drink diet soda? Do you know what it does to your body? I didn't think so! It tricks your body to eat more, how come? Diet soda contains something that replaces the real sugar and your body produces insuline. You will get low bloodsugar because your body is producing insuline and your body don't recive any sugar from the soda so you are forced to eat something else and that's quick! Yep, fast junk food, calorie and fat bombs in on the top list. So skip the diet products now.

What should you spend your money and eat instead? Fish, chicken and soy products, these 3 products will help your body to burn those calories faster and they also fills up your body for a longer time then junk food.

Next big step is to exercise, wow boring you think. Drop that thought now because exercising can be just as fun as you want it to be. Bring some a friend of a few friends and you can exercise together. Playing tennis, football or squash is a few great and popular exercises right now. Yes it can be fun to exercise! Well now womens tend to not like any of these exercies, guess what. You can lose weight doing a powerfull yoga and aerobics too. So everyone can exercise to lose weight easy.

How much do you need to exercise? well, 30 min a day at least! But 30 min a day is 10,000 calories burned and fat lost in one month. That's just amazing, you never thougt losing weight was this easy right. Anyways if you are hitting this big time, spend 1 hour everyday and you have lost 20.000 calories for one month. Now follow this tips for a few months and I can tell you, you have lost that fat around your belly. And yes it's this easy!

Doing a yoga session can be great, playing squash is very popular at the moment and you lose so much fat playing squash! So taking your bicycle to work and play squash for 30 min at your lunch. Wow you almost lost all the over weight now!

Now for your diet, there is no big changes here but one very important rule. Don't drink diet soda! Diet soda will trick your body into eating more. Eat less and you will lose weight!
